I have been training with Eric for almost 9 years. Pre and post Covid. I have been involved with working out for many years from teaching group exercise classes to D1 to CrossFit pretty much done it all since I was 16. After teaching for many years I just got burned out and took off about a year and when I started back I took level 10 classes with Eric and then began training with him. Over the years we have done a variety of programs always with great results but as I have gotten older I had to really change my workouts to get results and of course I am hard headed and didn’t always want to change or listen. In my girly mind it has always been about cardio. But over the past year I really listened and began more strength training with Eric and I have had amazing results and continue to work hard and am progressing more than I ever imagined. Eric has a variety of knowledge of strength training and cardio workouts and is great with workouts if you have physical limitations to work on. You will be able to improve your physical ability if you need it not just get in shape because it’s not always just about gaining muscle or losing weight. For some it’s about improving their daily life and performing daily activities without pain. He trains people at all levels and ages,he can help you succeed whatever your goals are. He listens and tailors workouts to help each individual because we are all different and all have different levels we want to reach. He does all this with a positive and calm level approach not intimidating to anyone. To sum it up Eric Hill is a great trainer and so glad I have worked out with him for many years and will continue to train with Eric. I hope anyone gives him and his new gym a chance you will not be disappointed!!!

I started working with Eric in June of 2022. I was wanting some accountability as I got back into the gym after a hiatus due to health issues. Eric did a great job of not only keeping me accountable, but with my health concerns has done a great job of striking a balance between pushing me to do my best and knowing when we need to back off so my body can rest.
When I’ve had goals I wanted to accomplish like being able to go on long hikes, he set up a fantastic program to help me achieve them.
